March 31st, 2000 -- Of Course They're Gamers
Okay, I have one other love besides gothism and anime. I am a roleplaying geek. Actually, I was an RPG geek long before I was anything else. It only stands to reason that my characters suffer the same disease. I've never actually played Chill or Kult, and I've only played Ravenloft and Call of Cthulu once each, but I respect the memory of them. The canal, by the way, is the Georgetown Canal, down by M Street. There's a shady little park down there, where you can sit and gaze upon the stagnant waters. Very atmospheric.

Within 24 hours, Bauhaus releases a new album (inspiring my inner black-hearted Goth), and Gary Gygax passes away (crushing my inner magic-user geek). What up with that, world?

I'm getting better-- the arrival of nearly 40 lbs. of temple oranges bodes for the return of full health. I'm genki enough that I'm trying out some really weird things this week-- expect amateur attempts at illustration stunts instead of plot. The blue pencil really has me trying things out.
