And now for something completely different: the obligatory dream sequence. Why couldn't I just find a way to do this in the regular storyline? Ah well, it gave me a chance to practice my surreal landscapes. Note the gratuitous theft of other people's images and concepts-- ah, the bravery of the novice webcomic artist.

Within 24 hours, Bauhaus releases a new album (inspiring my inner black-hearted Goth), and Gary Gygax passes away (crushing my inner magic-user geek). What up with that, world?

I'm getting better-- the arrival of nearly 40 lbs. of temple oranges bodes for the return of full health. I'm genki enough that I'm trying out some really weird things this week-- expect amateur attempts at illustration stunts instead of plot. The blue pencil really has me trying things out.
