Original Babbler for this date: 02/07/2001 Sorry things got slack again-- always happens to me when Katsucon is in the air. I'm going to work ahead and have at least a week's worth of strips sitting about for those of you who have stayed on my case about it.

Within 24 hours, Bauhaus releases a new album (inspiring my inner black-hearted Goth), and Gary Gygax passes away (crushing my inner magic-user geek). What up with that, world?

I'm getting better-- the arrival of nearly 40 lbs. of temple oranges bodes for the return of full health. I'm genki enough that I'm trying out some really weird things this week-- expect amateur attempts at illustration stunts instead of plot. The blue pencil really has me trying things out.
