This phrase appeared in a dream about five years ago, and it still drives me nuts sometimes. After the shadow of the last strip, the kitchen seems especially glaring here. At least Renfield appears to have forgiven her for the Monopoly brouhaha.

Within 24 hours, Bauhaus releases a new album (inspiring my inner black-hearted Goth), and Gary Gygax passes away (crushing my inner magic-user geek). What up with that, world?

I'm getting better-- the arrival of nearly 40 lbs. of temple oranges bodes for the return of full health. I'm genki enough that I'm trying out some really weird things this week-- expect amateur attempts at illustration stunts instead of plot. The blue pencil really has me trying things out.
