Alas and Nic, talking about what they usually talk about. The Crayola really didn't turn out as dark as I intended for this one-- apparently I'm really gonna have to lay it on next time. The blue pecil helped tremendously with the three-point perspective, though; the finished page doesn't betray any of the pick-up-sticks pile of perspective lines I had gridding it out before the inking.

Within 24 hours, Bauhaus releases a new album (inspiring my inner black-hearted Goth), and Gary Gygax passes away (crushing my inner magic-user geek). What up with that, world?

I'm getting better-- the arrival of nearly 40 lbs. of temple oranges bodes for the return of full health. I'm genki enough that I'm trying out some really weird things this week-- expect amateur attempts at illustration stunts instead of plot. The blue pencil really has me trying things out.

Day 8 of this ruddy cold, and little sleep last night due to coughing. If a strip for Monday goes up, it's most likely to happen on Tuesday.
